Wendy Johnson Lario: Editor-in-Chief
Ms. Lario represents employers in litigation involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, whistleblowers, breach of contract, among others. She also provides advice and counsel to management and in-house counsel on employee issues, including hiring, firing, discipline, leave and attendance, employee accommodations, executive agreements, employment agreements, severance agreements, misconduct, internal investigations, employee handbooks, and reductions in force. Ms. Lario has represented companies in the telecommunications, retail, automobile, consumer electronics, and chemical industries, among others.
Ms. Lario has appeared on national television, including the CBS Early Show (December 2004) and CNN's Lou Dobb's Tonight (December 2005).
Ms. Lario was featured in The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel (December 2005) in an article dealing with the New Jersey Identity Theft Protection Act, and has commented on employment law issues in The Wall Street Journal (January 3, 2006), Philadelphia Inquirer (January 2, 2006), New Jersey Law Journal (January 2, 2006), Star-Ledger (January 1, 2006), The Record (January 1, 2006), the Courier News (December 30, 2005), New Jersey Business (August 2005), NJ Biz (December 2003) and the Asbury Park Press (July 2006).
Ms. Lario lectures extensively and conducts seminars and training sessions concerning numerous employment law issues, including anti-discrimination laws, wrongful discharge, sexual and other harassment, diversity training, and state and federal laws including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, New Jersey's Law Against Discrimination, New York's Human Rights Act, the Family Leave and Medical Leave Act, New Jersey's Family Leave Act, and New Jersey’s Conscientious Employee Protection Act.
Ms. Lario has been named a 2005 and 2006 New Jersey Super Lawyer as a leading labor and employment attorney.

Kristine J. Feher
Ms. Feher's practice focuses on labor and employment litigation and counseling, with emphasis on employment discrimination and wrongful discharge litigation arising under state and federal employment laws, as well as breach of contract and related tort actions. She also provides counseling and training to employers on various employment and compliance issues, including the prevention of workplace harassment, and assists clients with employment-based immigration, EEOC and state fair employment practice agency charges. Ms. Feher was promoted to the position of Counsel to the firm in January 2006.
